How to download our desktop calendar
Click the "download" link, wait for the picture to load and then right click on the picture and 'set as background' (or 'save as wallpaper').
If this does not work for you, you may need to view the instructions below.
Instructions for Windows XP users
Click "download". When the image has loaded, right click on it and choose 'set as background'.
If this does not work (due to security settings) then you will need to do the following:
- Left click on "download" and the image will then appear in a new window.
- Right click on the image and choose the option to ‘Save Picture As’.
- Save the image in a convenient area (eg ‘My documents') noting the location and image name.
- Close the window with the image in and go to the main desktop (where the wallpaper is displayed when you have no windows open).
- Right click in a blank area of the desktop and select ‘Properties’, and a box will appear.
- Select the ‘Desktop’ tab and then click on ‘Browse’ to find where you stored the calendar.
- Once you have found the image name, double click on it, and then click ‘Apply’. The calendar should be displayed. To ‘set’ this click on ‘OK’.
Instructions for Mac OS9 users:
Ctrl-click on the "download" link above.
Choose the option 'download link to disk' and save it to a place you will remember.
Open the Appearance control panel (Desktop pictures) and select the Desktop tab (picture tab).
Drag the image on top of the control panel and click the Set Desktop button.
Instructions for Mac OSX users:
Ctrl-click on the "download" link above.
Choose the option 'download link to disk' and save it to a place you will remember.
Go back to System Preferences, select Desktop & Screen Saver, click on 'Choose Folder' and navigate to where you saved the picture.i
Further Instructions
Right-click on the "download" link above. Choose the option 'Save target as...' (Microsoft) / 'Save link as...' (Netscape) and save it to a folder you will remember. When this is done, minimise all your windows, right-click on an empty piece of desktop and a pop-up menu should appear. Left-click properties. Under the 'Background' tab, there is a list titled 'Wallpaper' click on the 'browse button, locate the file you downloaded, select it and click OK
